Some of my art work in a utube video Waltz of the Nasturtiums, original music by Rebecca Tripp
I've been secretly working with P&B Textiles on a new project, a collection of fabric from my floral still-life paintings for the quilt market. P&B approached me about a year ago, and we worked together to develop this colorful, fun flowery collection. Above are samples of some of the designs. They will be in your local quilt shops in April/May. The main print on the left is the inspiration for the collection..it's dee-lish and imperfect. It's citrus-y oranges, petal pinks, and summery yellows, it's painterly, more like a rich watercolor than a fabric. It looks like summer and feels like sunshine. It's like having my face right smack-dab in the middle of a bunch of flowers in the warm sun. Hope you love it as much as I do.
